Joe taught a day-long Intensive on Facilitation and a half-day Intensive on Conflict Tools, plus a weekend session on Sharing Circles at the National Cohousing Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, May 18-21, 2017.

Joe has a chapter in the 2016 book by Routledge Press, Experiential Learning in Philosophy.  His chapter is titled, "Studying War and Contributing to the Community," and describes the use of community-engaged learning and experiential learning in Joe's course on the ethics of war, conflict, and pacifism.
